NBA Power Poll: Ranking teams, sizing up rookies

After watching Warriors rookie Anthony Morrow put up 37 points in his first start, I had to drop an email to my friend Dennis Scott, who like Morrow, is a Georgia Tech guy who knows something about shooting. Morrow shot 42.1 percent from the 3-point line at Tech, so, certainly, he had a shooter's resume when he left school. But he didn't have much pub.
